Sticviews Review and Giveaway $50 Value CLOSED

What is it about personalized gifts that brings a smile and lifts a heart? Sometimes that special touch is all you need to make the place where you spend the most time also your favorite hangout. Maybe you love your kitchen, but need something to make it more modern or more traditional...maybe there's an easy way to do that:

Enter sticviews--a company specializing in waterproof and reusable stickers in almost any size for your home or business!

A couple weeks ago, sticviews sent me free of charge personalized stickers in my size and shape to try out. I couldn't believe the possibilities of their products. What a great way to begin the New Year with an updated look with custom stickers! The first thought that came to me on how to use the stickers (they call them stics) that sticviews sent me was to make personalized photo-tiles that I could display in my living room.

Can you believe it's been years since we've had a family photograph taken that we've liked enough to hang in our home? Hence why sticviews came in handy.

The stics were easy to use. I simply ordered stics of my favorite individual family photos 1/4 inch smaller than the tile being used, peeled the stic from it's backing, put a small film of water over the smooth tile to act as a barrier for easy repositioning, and smoothed the stic out. I repeated the process for each family member and voila! a perfect family portrait. The tiles could easily be placed on small craft easels or hung on the wall using mounting hardware. If the tiles ever break, no problem--just peel off the stic and place on another tile. Including the tiles, the cost I would have paid came out to roughly $25 for the entire project.

You could even use this same idea for custom coasters:

The best part is that I've already started the New Year off right by prominently displaying our family in a creative way in our home.

The Fun Part:

GIVEAWAY CLOSED. Sticviews wants you to begin the New Year off right also and that is why they are offering one of my readers a $50 gift account.

Imagine the possibilities--a window sticker, a faux stained glass entryway, a mural from one of your favorite photographs or even updated tiles in your bathroom or kitchen using stics that you can position and reposition over and over again. Have a favorite tote bag or backpack? You can stic those too!

How to Enter for the $50 Gift Account from sticviews:

1.) Visit sticviews.com and comment back on how you would use sticviews. For example, you might comment: "I'd use sticviews to cover an old child's table with a fun pattern." (Check out a real life example of a kid's table makover using sticviews on Living Locurto's blog here.)

For additional entries, leave a separate comment for the following (up to two additional entries):

My husband owns a decking business and uses his laptop to show his customers drawings... I would use these stickers to put his company logo on his laptops, tools, trailers and customer folders...

Oh my gosh! I could find so many things to use these for. Coasters for my MIL for her birthday in April, gifts for just about everyone I know.

Not to be a copycat, but I'd use them on tiles for coasters or in my backsplash.

I would use them to make my new sister in law something for her house. They just got married Dec. 12 and this would be a great gift for Valentines' Day or just a let wedding present.

This would look great on a mirror, or maybe a quote on a piece of painted wood.
